Great little coffee shop with a good selection of food. When the breakfast places nearby have a 30 minute wait you walk right into Sacred Grounds and get a great meal and extra special coffee too. We had Breakfast on a Bagel and a Breakfast Burrito. Both were excellent. The bagel was nicely toasted but not so hard all the sruffing squished out when bitting into it. The Burrito was top notch having been smothed in a mellow flavorful green sauce. We also had ice Chai tea that was a nice treat on a warm day. Check these folks out when you can.

Nice coffee shop and cafe with a cozy and welcoming vibe. The yogurt parfait is especially creamy and delicious, as are the bagel and egg sandwiches. The cinnamon rolls are massive and not too sweet with a nice, tangy cream cheese frosting. The coffee is good and the prices are reasonable, what more could you want from a good breakfast spot?

The only word I have for the place is OBSESSED! we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The barista was so so so sweet and kind. She gave us our name for our order which was Julia Robert’s which made us both smile we ordered an Asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese, an everything bagel with egg and sausage and a vanilla latte and a pumpkin spice latte. Everything we ordered was absolutely perfect and we were temped to order seconds! It’s a clean, safe ,great little spot. Definitely family friendly. Can’t recommend enough.

Great coffee. I tried the shot in the dark coffee, which is a shot of espresso in coffee. It tasted very good. Although, it had so much caffeine that I was shaking about and hour later. Now, that wouldn’t have been a bad thing if I didn’t have to sit in the car for many hours after drinking the coffee.

The cashier was super sweet and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Drinks are fantastic (especially the chai latte!) and it’s very affordable—it definitely is a nice, comfortable place to be and a wonderful addition to the valley!

We had a great experience here. Party of 11 celebrating my birthday in Glenwood Springs. We celebrated my birthday breakfast here and everything was so good. The Daily Bread is where we wanted to have breakfast at but they refused to serve us because we were such a large party. So we came to Sacred Grounds and I am so glad we did, the food was delicious!! The service was kind and fast. We will definitely come back! They give you nicknames when you order and then when your food is ready they call you by your nickname. So fun. I recommend this business 100 percent.

I enjoyed a honey brown sugar iced latte, which was made perfectly! The employee did not hesitate at my request and seemed happy to be there. The shop was clean, the vibe is welcoming and it smells amazing. This is my second visit, I will come again.
